@Armstrongjourney That’s a great suggestion for those wishing or needing to reduce their fat intake. This recipe has been put together to provide certain nutrients and in certain quantities and indeed BIOTIN is one of them. Great suggestion.

@erberra In the beginning when we first started making videos which was about a year ago we made videos like this. After watching them we realized that we say and do things that are not necessary and hence this has since been changed which is evident in our videos now.
