Truth About Six Pack Abs

unprofessionalreviews.com FINALLY……a real review of the Truth About Six Pack Abs program. I found myself interested in this program and couldn’t find an honest review anywhere. I thought, since I can get my money back, I’ll go ahead and buy it myself and give my own review. I hope it’s helpful.

@kslayz420 That’s Great! Not the fact that you bought the book, but the fact that you’re taking steps to get into better physical condition. Regardless of your current condition – gather the right info and begin to work it into your life in bite size pieces. All at once may be too overwhelming. Then stick with it – forever.

TAA is a legitimate “program”. The fact is it really isn’t a program – it’s a lifestyle. That’s why I like it so much. There’s no fluff & BS. It’s simply the truth about food and exercise. And if followed – let me say that again…..and if followed, you’ll see results!

Also, you CAN’T get scammed. The book is purchased through clickbank, and if you keep your electronic receipt, you can get a refund very quickly. You don’t even need to contact TAA customer support and go through all that hassle

@redness44 how do i know that i won’t be scammed like b4 in my days. im not to fat or skinny. I got me a lil six pack but it doesn’t show as much. If i purpase this program you believe by the ethnics of this program will bring me results?

Thanks for the comments and the sub! Honestly, the info has worked for me as far as my discipline has cared to take me. I’m about 12-14% BF and could get the 9-10% needed for seeing the full 6 pack…..but I don’t care enough about that to sacrifice some my splurges :)

@UHeardMe1stTime : As the saying goes “give a man a fish – feed him for a day, teach a man to fish – feed him for a lifetime”

  12. redness44 says:

@UHeardMe1stTime : The meal plans (or ideas rather, as he calls them) start on p.49 (food suggestions are on p.28). TAA doesn’t tell you what to eat, it teaches you what, or how, to eat. This shouldn’t be considered a short term diet and then go back to your old ways. Rather, it’s a lifestyle. Learn what you shouldn’t be eating and begin to eliminate those things from your grocery list.

  13. UHeardMe1stTime says:

You said he listed 70 meal plans but I don’t see any meals plans in the book. What page? I see where he suggested certain foods. You said he doesn’t tell you what to eat like that was a good thing but that’s the main thing people want to know since half of the process is exercise & the other is what you eat.

@6kids2many Let me add this, I don’t care if you purchase the book. I wanted to post a review b/c all I seemed to be able to find were “commercial” reviews. The review is my real opinion.

You may not be able to achieve a 6 pack, but if you follow the very practical advice laid out, then you will lose weight.

The REAL truth about 6 pack abs is they are the Mt. Everest of the diet world. It can be conquered, but it ain’t gonna be EZ!!!

  17. redness44 says:

@6kids2many I don’t have one to show. I keep around 12% BF which shows 4 of the 6. I simply don’t have the desire to restrict myself to achieve the complete 6 only to lose it after a weekend of cheating. I don’t have that body type. Waaaay too much work . I’m OK where I’m at and so is my wife :)

There’s a reason 6 packs are rare and continually seen on those that are genetically gifted. They’re HARD to achieve, and just as hard to maintain.

  18. 6kids2many says:

How about showing us YOUR abs live and not air brushed (Photoshopped) still pictures. Then I might just believe that you’re review and the program isn’t B.S. to sell us idiots to give up the all mighty $.

  19. MustNotWatch says:

@redness44 how do u get a refund? i need help i dont know how to get a refund

  20. HomieNihaz says:

ah man don’t talk so much show the sixpack…. .-.-

  21. tina34ist says:

bought mike geary’s ebook and in his ebook example training program 5 (intermediate to advanced level) page number 128 he mentioned warm up sets for example barbell overhead squats- warm up sets, then 2×6, what is a warm up set? Does anyone know? Thanks!

  22. redness44 says:

@jhasrouni It’s sold thru Clickbank, which makes getting a refund super easy. I’ll send you a message about it

  23. jhasrouni says:

I bought his program and it didn’t work for me. I decided to get my money back as promised after 21 day trial period. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t recieved my money and now they don’t even reply to my emails. YES, IT IS A SCAM TO SUCK PEOPLE’S MONEY.

  24. MrPepinillo1973 says:

Thanks for the review, I think I’m gonna get it.

  25. GFX8887 says:
